Sales recieves the request for a quote.
Preliminary design is sent to the client,along with an estimate for the project.
After making all necessary revisions to the design and estimate, client approves project to move forward.
50% deposit on the entire invoice is required before production can begin.
Design team creates a unique graphic layout for the project.
An artwork deadline is set,and templates/guidensent to the client.
Graphic proofs are created and rendering is updated with artwork.
Client has 3 business days to make any revisions or send approval to move forward with graphic production.
Artwork is placed in the production queue. Processcan take between 7-10 bussiness days.
Manufacturing begins.
Rental items reserved.
Pre-set booth structure in it's entirety before shipping.Cross-check all items on parts list.
Completed graphics are checked for quality, and placed on the structure during pre-set.
Pictures of fnal pre-set structure are sent to client for approval.
Packing & labelling are double-checked byproduction manager. Logistics is booked.
Crates & packaging are prepped for carrier.
ldeal shipdates are set for 2weeks before the advanced warehouse closes.
Pre-show advanced warehouse arrival.This isusually 5 business days before the show begins installation.
Installation takes place 2-3days before the show opens.
Larger,more custom booths will usuallyhave a targetdate for install.
